Fuel oil is a hydrocarbon compound, derived from petroleum. It is the product of fractional distillation of paraffin and asphalt crude oils at atmospheric pressure and under vacuum. We will obtain fuel oil in the temperature range from 250 - 300 degrees Celsius during the distillation process.
